PERFECT—IMMUTABLE—UN-IMPROVABLE—WITHOUT LIMITATION—THE ONLY ONE AUTHENTIC!
Early this morning, the news reported the ‘2023 word of the year,’ a word that was decided upon by Merriam-Webster because of the number of times it has been researched (looked up) throughout the past months of 2023. Therefore, if you have not yet heard, the chosen word: AUTHENTIC.
After reading the article that explained the reason WHY this word was chosen and WHY other words were rejected, it was easy to find myself turning from the news article about the ‘2023 word of the year’ to the WORD of GOD. There, within the pages, we find the ONLY TRUE HOLY AUTHENTIC JEHOVAH GOD!
Let me explain the best way I know how—through GOD’S HOLY WORD.
“There is none like the God of Jeshurun,
(Deuteronomy 33: 26-27 NASB)
[God of Israel]
Who rides the heavens to your help,
And through the skies in His majesty.
The eternal God is a dwelling place,
And underneath are the everlasting arms;
And He drove out the enemy from before you,
And said, ‘Destroy!’ “
What peace!
What a picture of the God of Jeshurun!
What an authentic rendering of the only eternal God!
He is like no other—He rides through the heavens—He is a place—He commands—He acts—He speaks—
And His creation listens, with fear & with trembling & with awe at HIS MAJESTY!
HOLY PERFECT GOD—May we read from Habakkuk.
“LORD, I have heard the report about You and I fear.
(Habakkuk 3: 2 NASB)
O LORD, revive Your work in the midst of the years,
In the midst of the years make it known;
In wrath remember mercy.”
HOLY IMMUTABLE & UN-IMPROVABLE GOD—Again, may we read from the prophet Habakkuk.
“His splendor covers the heavens,
And the earth is full of His praise.
His radiance is like the sunlight;
He has rays flashing from His hand,
And there is the hiding of His power.
Before Him goes pestilence,
And plague comes after Him.
He stood and surveyed the earth;
He looked and startled the nations.
Yes, the perpetual mountains were shattered,
The ancient hills collapsed.
His ways are everlasting.”
(Habakkuk 3: 3b-6 NASB)
HOLY & WITHOUT LIMITATION—ALMIGHTY GOD—Let us read from the apostle Paul the words written at the conclusion of The Letter of Paul to the Romans.
“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.
The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.“
[Then Paul addressed the fellow workers who served the church.]
“Now to Him who is able to establish you
- according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ,
- according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret for long ages past,
but now is manifested,
and by the Scriptures of the prophets,
- according to the commandment of the eternal God,
- has been made known to all the nations,
- leading to obedience of faith;
to the only wise God,
through Jesus Christ,
be the glory forever.

Truly, there is ONLY ONE, TRUE & HOLY AUTHENTIC JEHOVAH GOD!
- Do you know Him?
- Have you become acquainted with His Only Son who came to earth to bring salvation?
- Have you been sealed through the baptism of His Holy Spirit?
Before Creation—God was!
Before the Universe was spoken into existence—God was!
- He is timeless!
- He is without space!
- He is Three in One!
God in unity—the Trinity!
- Infinite & Without Beginning!
- Infinite & Without End!
The Alpha & the Omega!
Messiah (God the Son) speaks to us about Himself through His Holy Word!
- Are we reading it?—God’s Word.
The Spirit & The Son speaks to us about Himself, coming after us, seeking us so that we will accept Him as the Son of God.
- God wrote His Story.
- God gives us His Story.
His Story began in eternity way back when & His Story is without end & His Story will be from everlasting to everlasting to all who believe—our future forevermore.
The Bible is His Story all about HIM!
- Are we reading?
- Are we finding ourselves on the pages, where we will come to know ourselves there—our story discovered once we KNOW HIM AS SAVIOR!
If we have not yet met Him—The Son of God—JESUS!
- Today may be the day.
- Open the Word of God.
Meet the PERFECT—IMMUTABLE—UN-IMPROVABLE—WITHOUT LIMITATION—ONLY TRUE HOLY AUTHENTIC JEHOVAH GOD!
