See the Salvation of God & LIVE!
Imagine standing in front of a raging sea, defeated, realizing this is the place where you will die.
Imagine also that not only you but your whole family will die here because you listened to the prophet of God and followed him. Now, you stand beside the raging water, seeing the impassable sea and hearing the thunder of horses behind you, coming your way.
Imagine you fear for your life. Imagine you fear for the lives of your whole family.
Imagine the emotional turmoil you feel—fear, anger, hope, inner fatigue, and frustration.
Imagine how your faith is tested as you wait for God to provide a way.
Imagine how your faith is tested as you encourage your family to take comfort, to hope, to not fear the sea or the approaching army but to Trust God and to Keep Strong, and to Keep the Faith.
God will provide a way. . . Won’t HE? !!!
God will provide the way, RIGHT! . . . Surely God won’t allow you to die alone OR your entire family to die all alone? !!!
The narrative in Exodus fills my Bible study today. As a child and even as an adult, we often focus upon the miracle of passing through the Red Sea, the walking across on the dry dusty riverbed, and the praise of the Israelites as they looked back (once they reached the other side) to see how God closed the sea back to its original state and how God allowed the mighty Egyptian army to be drowned within the raging sea.
Yes, it so easy to focus upon the miracle and the triumph.
BUT
What if we focus today upon the other miracle God performed as seen through the Israelites’ FAITH in GOD? !!!
They traveled for days.
They reached the Red Sea, weary.
They faced an impossible destination.
They thought their lives were over there on the bank of the Red Sea.
They surely wanted to give up, to question, to grumble, to continue complaining, to turn back, to surrender, and to return to slavery within the African border.
BUT
What they did instead was TRUST GOD!
What they did instead was STEP FORWARD IN FAITH, TRUSTING GOD!
What they did instead was STEP TOWARD FREEDOM IN FAITH!
Even though they did not know for sure if GOD would do what He promised, & Even though they did not know if GOD could do what He promised, & Even though they did not know if God would do what the prophet Moses proclaimed, STILL THEY STEPPED FORWARD IN FAITH!
Do not believe me but see the Word of God as He moved in their lives.
“But Moses said to the people, ‘Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever.
(Exodus 14: 13-14)
The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.”
Then the angel of God moved the pillar of cloud between them and kept them protected all night. There in the darkness, the people saw the LIGHT of GOD.
“Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea and the LORD swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night and turned the sea into dry land, so the waters were divided.
(Exodus 14: 21-22)
The sons of Israel went through the midst of the sea on the dry land, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.”

ADVENT began this week, and the color of focus is the color purple, the color of—HOPE.
Be a warrior.
Be a warrior, TRUSTING GOD.
Keep the HOPE and LIVE.
Step forward in FAITH & HOPE.
Live forever & do not EVER BE SEPARATED from the Presence of God.
Trust God.
See the enemy no more but see God move!
Realize the enemy will never have control over you again, but keep your eyes fixed upon God and LIVE!

Believe God today and LIVE!
See His Salvation today and LIVE!
Walk forward in Faith, Accepting Him and LIVE!
Confess Jesus as LORD and LIVE!
