LIVE (because) We will LIVE FOREVER!
There is a consequence in remaining unchanged!
Nevertheless, we are alive in a place called earth where people often fear change and all the struggles that come with moving from this to that.
And Yet—
The Bible reverently leads us to understand—There is a consequence if we decide to remain unchanged!
Please pause to read with me the TRUTH recorded.
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,
(The Letter of Paul to the Romans 1: 18-20 NASB)
[Maybe we should pause to re-read this verse again & again,
to remind ourselves of just who we are apart from Jesus]
because that which is known about God is evident within them;
for God made it evident to them.
[God’s Holy Spirit convicts mankind of the sins—the sins separating us from Holy God]
For since the creation of the world
His invisible attributes,
His eternal power and
[His] divine nature,
have been clearly seen,
being understood through what has been made,
so that they are without excuse.”
Is it possible to see God in nature?
- Yes, if we are looking—Most assuredly, it is possible!
Is it probable that man will notice God’s power displayed?
- Yes, if we are watching—Most definitely, it is possible!
Is it a promised HOPE that the Redeemed one will live forever?
- Yes, if we are God’s child, saved by the power and grace of God—It is Truth!
Then, undoubtedly we who BELIEVE must LIVE (because) We will LIVE FOREVER!
See the TRUTH of God’s Majestic Power as recorded in The Book of Job.
“He stretches out the north over empty space
(The Book of Job 26: 7-10 & 14a NASB)
And hangs the earth on nothing.
[ALMIGHTY GOD DOES]
He wraps up the waters in His clouds,
And the cloud does not burst under them.
[ALMIGHTY GOD DOES]
He obscures the face of the full moon
And spreads His cloud over it.
[ALMIGHTY GOD DOES]
He has inscribed a circle on the surface of the waters
At the boundary of light and darkness.
[ALMIGHTY GOD DID THAT]
. . .
Behold, these are the fringes of His ways; . . .”
MAY WE LIVE today (because) We will LIVE FOREVER!
- Keep learning, educating yourself about the nature of God, serving others as Jesus taught—Like you will live forever!
- Keep striving to learn more about the Creator of the universe, worshipping Him throughout every day, not reserving Him only for Sundays—Like you will live forever!
- Keep reading God’s Word, memorizing Scriptures, meditating upon the Bible & witnessing to the lost, leading them to SEE JESUS—Daily testifying like you will live forever!
Child of God—
- Keep Living as Salt & Light—Never Ashamed of Jesus!
- Keep Living—fully proclaiming God’s Gospel message—For Today Could Just Be Your Last Day on Earth—Before You Are Ushered Into Heaven—Where You Will Live Forever!
Let us never forget the consequences existing for those who remain in their unbelief!
Let us never forget there are lost ones dying, even today, not ready for their eternity!
Pause to read the TRUTH God records within His Word.
“For even though they knew God,
(The Letter of Paul to the Romans 1: 21-25 NASB)
they did not honor Him as God or give thanks,
but they became futile in their speculations,
and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing to be wise, they became fools,
and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God
for an image in the form of corruptible man
and of birds
and four-footed animals
and crawling creatures.
Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts
to impurity,
so that their bodies would be dishonored among them.
For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie,
and worshiped
and served the creature
rather than the Creator,
who is blessed forever.
