The first time…….IT WAS AN ANSWER TO A REQUEST……. I was thirty-something years old and the holiday of (BOTH) dread & beauty was approaching…….Mother’s Day. That day, I sat on the blue coach in the front living room, all alone, talking to God, sharing my thoughts, my voice, and my tears.
The second time…….IT WAS SURREAL……a prayer request I needed, for clarity…….What was I to do with her question?……That day, I was standing in the hallway, positioned near my classroom doorway, looking toward the library door.
The third time……IT WAS A TOTALLY HUMBLING OCCURRENCE…….. I was fifty-something and my husband was injured during a deployment and delayed in coming home. That day, I was sitting in my living room (in our current home), it was midmorning, near the front window, and I was reading and studying my Bible while sitting in my blue rocker.
The fourth time…….IT HAPPENED WITHOUT ANY WARNING………When I was younger (thirty-one), and the home-test revealed “Yes,” the revelation was a distinct answer to my prayer, an amazing gift from God. Then, just the other day, as I was enjoying a cup of coffee and conversation, sitting at the kitchen table, she said, “I think I want to go to Africa,” and suddenly, God whispered, “See child, do you remember your vow?”

The realization truly was so clear……Every Time.

The date of the first time, (1998)…….The sound came to me after years of tribulation, after years of struggling to understand WHY.  IT began as a promise, a vow I made.  “God, I promise to not complain when You take this gift far away.”
During the second instance, (2015)……. I had asked for a sign, and when the sound came, I KNEW that I KNEW that I KNEW because IT was loud & IT was so clear. “There’s your sign.”
Then during the third occurrence, (2017)……..Again, I knew with such clarity (I knew that I knew) because the sound was whispered.  “YOU are the work.”
So, when I heard HIM the fourth time, I should NOT have been surprised; yet, still, I was……so surprised…..so amazed.  “My promise, to you, child.”
FOUR TIMES!!! Every audible sound I heard.  I remember (clearly) each one, as if He & I were standing side-by-side, or sitting together, and just talking together, sharing a life-conversation.

Some will say, “You’re crazy.” or “You are making this up.” or “There is NO way this could happen.”

• BUT, I AM NOT….CRAZY.
• BUT, I AM NOT….MAKING THIS UP.
• AND, IT DID….HAPPEN!!!
• I WAS THERE….
• THESE INSTANCES ARE ETCHED IN MY MIND….
• THEY ARE PRAYER MARKERS, FOREVER ENGRAVED IN THE RECESSES OF MY MIND.
• I CARRY THEM WITH ME & COLLECT THEM AS HOLY GIFTS OF GOD’S ETERNAL PROMISES.

Real.   Audible.   Loud.   Clear.   Peaceful.   Calming.   Perfect.

In God’s Word, the book of Isaiah is often referred to as the fifth gospel in the Bible because the prophet Isaiah wrote more about Jesus’ life and ministry than any other Old Testament prophet.
Isaiah knew the presence of God.
Isaiah walked with God and heard God speak.
Isaiah was inspired by God as he wrote these words—-

“Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you.  For the LORD is a God of justice;  How blessed are all those who long for Him….”
“He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you.
Although the LORD has given you bread of privation and water of oppression, HE, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher,
Your ears will hear a word behind you,  “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left”  (Isaiah 30:  18-21).
GOD IS….GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD….IS GOD………HE IS Unchanging & Life-Sustaining & Ever-Present & Our Provider & Master & LORD & God Jehovah & Creator of all things past, present and things to come & Alpha and Omega & our Father & Holy Spirit and Son of God & HE IS the Great I Am.

So, today, I claim Almighty Jehovah as my God because He sought me when I was lost, but now I am His.

He guides me and praise God for His leading of my daily path. I am so overwhelmed that He speaks with me through so many ways, and though totally surprised, immediately I recognize it is God speaking to me, and surely, I cannot doubt it is Him…..Who really speaks to me!!! A couple of years ago, a special family member and friend from Europe talked of one of these occasions. This man told his community club of the way God spoke to me. Why did he tell others? It was only because he saw the evidence of God’s words spoken, and he knew they were revealed in his own child’s life.

• When I needed to hear God most, HE has always been right there, with me.
• When I needed to be comforted, HE will always be right here, holding me.
• Fully, I trust HIM.
• God remains with me……wherever HE leads me to go.

Every day, throughout all your days, whatever your need, God…………HE will always be right there, right beside you, forever guiding you!
