Last night, a student was working with me to revise her bibliography for her research paper due on Saturday.        As we worked together, she used her fingers to manipulate her document on her iPad, while I used the MLA stylebook to make sure I did not lead her astray.
“I can’t really see well without my glasses,” she said. I looked at her tiny print and thought, “The words are so small, way too small for my 54-year-old- eyes to see. Typing a research paper on such a small screen of an iPad would be so Impossible for me. How could I Ever See What I Could Not See!!!

• CLARITY of Mind, Body, and Soul.
• SEEING what we could Not SEE.
• UNDERSTANDING what we Could Not Once SEE.
• VISUALIZING now with a CLEAR Mind what has been lost to us Before this moment.
• Seeing IS Believing.

The beautiful melody “Amazing Grace” contains the lyric—-“I once was lost, but now I’m found. Was blind, but now I see.”
Praise God!!!

• Yes! Thank YOU GOD for opening our eyes to See YOU.
• Thank YOU for revealing to us YOUR Truth.
• Thank YOU GOD for giving to us, for Unveiling YOUR Amazing Grace to SEE YOUR Salvation provided through Jesus.
• Thank YOU GOD for giving us Eyes to SEE——-YOU!!!

One day, eternity arrives for each of us.  The moment when we are moving from here to there, from life to eternity, from this life to our eternal decision. We are held within the balance. At the moment we leave this earth, our eternal decision will have already been made.

• Will we go home to heaven?      OR
• Will we spend eternity in a place NEVER intended for God’s creation?
  

• The choice belongs to each of us.
• The choice is ours individually to make—-Today.

One Person——-EACH of US——-YOU——–ME———-INDIVIDUAL DECISION.

WHAT CHOICE WE MAKE DETERMINES & REVEALS OUR ETERNAL DESTINATION. 

The apostle John spoke much about eyes to see, about clarity, about Knowing that we Know that we Know that we Know——That Jesus is our Savior.

• Having No Doubt.
• A Truth.
• Clear Eyes.
• Clear Mind.
• Salvation.
• Our Heart Right.
• Our Eternity Secure.
• Seeing Jesus Face-to-Face.
• Understanding.
• Realizing.
• Seeing Jesus As HE IS—the Savior of the world!!

Asking God to Save Our Soul—-Believing that He Will—–Confessing Our Sins—–Knowing that God Will Save Us Forevermore. (Romans 10: 8-13)

I have written a name on my prayer list and circled it. Next to the name, I have written, “God, I am asking. Open her eyes. Help her see YOU with clarity. Whatever it takes, God. I am trusting You and praising You God, knowing that YOU will answer my prayer.”

“And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John testified about Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’  “
For of His fullness, we have all received, and grace upon grace.
For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.” (14-17)

“The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (29)

“John testified saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him.” (32)

“I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God.”  (34) (John 1: 14-34)

• Sydney was a small child, seated in the hallway floor beside the wall, during a Wednesday night of VBS, when she Saw Jesus With Clarity. 
• Darrell was seventeen, while we were dating, when he Saw Jesus With Clarity.
• I was fifteen, attending a Fall revival, seated on the right side of the sanctuary, halfway back, at church, when I Saw Jesus With Clarity.
• Mom was an adult (1981) when she Saw Jesus With Clarity.
• My brother-in-law Jeff Saw Jesus With Clarity after living past an extremely horrible motorcycle crash.
• My father-in-law Saw Jesus With Clarity while his son Darrell was serving in Iraq.

We Either Have Seen Jesus With Clarity—–OR—–We Have Not.

There is no gray area.

It is a TRUTH.

The Bible tells us so.

God speaks it so through His Holy Spirit.

Jesus made it so through His Death, Burial, & Resurrection.

Where were you when you Saw Jesus With Clarity?

Can you recall the day, the place, the time, the time of the year?

Can others see Jesus alive, living Through You?  Can others see Jesus alive, living Through Me? Can others see Jesus alive, living Through Each of Us?

The other night, we attended a basketball game, and the announcer played my favorite song by Van Morrison “Brown Eyed Girl,” and immediately, I leaned over and said to Darrell, “Please make sure this is the FIRST song played at my funeral.” Darrell does not think that’s such a grand idea, but get a mental image of me as you read these next few lyrics:

When our Life is over & When We Face our eternal destination, will others know without a doubt that we reside now in heaven with Jesus? Without a doubt, this “blue-eyed” girl will be there, at home, in heaven with Jesus.

Let’s be sure to tell everyone the TRUTH before we go.

Let’s be sure to be sure our life actions and attitudes DISPLAY IT SO.

Last week, a beautiful friend’s aunt went home, and before her aunt left this world, her eyes were open bright. When they asked her what she saw, she replied, “I SEE JESUS; I SEE THE KING OF KINGS!”

Earlier today, minutes after the start of a brand new day, a few minutes after midnight, Scott’s mom (Shirley) went home to spend eternity with God.  We Know it is so because she told us; we Know it is so because she lived it so; and we Know it is so because her life evidence proved it so.

Clear Eyes to See Jesus.
