But GOD!
“The Law came in so that the transgression would increase;

but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,
so that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Please pause to re-read the verse again a second time and maybe even a third, fourth, and fifth time.
- “BUT—GRACE ABOUNDED ALL THE MORE!”
- “GRACE WOULD REIGN THROUGH RIGHTEOUSNESS TO ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD!”

There is a beautiful song performed by Tasha Layton titled “How Far,” and I would encourage us to listen to Ms. Layton sing as we read Romans 5: 20-21 again for the tenth or twentieth or even for the thirtieth time.
God’s capacity for LOVE & COMPASSION toward sinners is GREAT!
God’s compassion & mercy & grace outweigh His judgment—IF WE CHOOSE HIM!
Consider:
- Nothing can separate us from the love of God—The Bible tells us so!
- We are born into iniquity—The Bible tells us so!
- We are doomed to be separated from the goodness of God at our death—The Bible tells us so!
- We cannot EVER do enough good, live good enough, be good enough to EARN Heaven—The Bible tells us so!
- JESUS is the ONLY WAY to receive GOD’S AMAZING GIFT of SALVATION—The Bible tells us so!
- Our decision: What will I do with Jesus? IS PARAMOUNT! because—The Bible tells us so!
- Every person belongs to the son of perdition, to Satan, until the person gives his heart to God—The Bible tells us so!
- When a person’s earthly life ends in death, there is an eternity that lasts forever—The Bible tells us so!
- As horrible as it is to write, there is a place called Hell. It does exist for the devil and his demons and for any who choose to not receive Christ Jesus as Lord—The Bible tells us so!
- The Bible tells us—Apart from Jesus, we are spiritually bankrupt!
- The Bible tells us—We are totally unable to pay the enormous debt of our sin!
- The Bible tells us—We can never live or act “good enough” to escape hell!
- The Bible tells us—We have a gigantic bill debt for our multitude of sins!
- The Bible tells us—God the Father is merciful!
- The Bible tells us—God has provided a way to receive His grace!
- The Bible tells us—God has provided His own Son as the forever payment for our ginormous sin debt!
- The Bible tells us—Each man, woman, & child can be saved by God’s Grace!
- The Bible tells us—Each man, woman, & child can then receive a heavenly inheritance!
- The Bible tells us—BECAUSE of the DEATH of JESUS on the CROSS of CALVARY & BECAUSE of JESUS’ RESURRECTION FROM the GRAVE, we can live DEBT FREE—FOREVER!
AMAZINGLY—
Through God’s love, there is a place Jesus has already prepared—The Bible tells us so!
&
Through God’s love, He has prepared a place called Heaven for those who repent of their sins, who seek God’s forgiveness, and who accept Jesus as their Savior—The Bible tells us so!
- Nothing can separate us from the love of God—IF WE CHOOSE TO ACCEPT, BELIEVE, & CONFESS our sins!
- Our Heavenly Father places—His Holy Spirit—within us at the moment of our salvation.
- God seals us forevermore—Once we choose to accept Jesus Christ as our Savior & Lord!
FROM THAT MOMENT, NOTHING CAN EVER SEPARATE US FROM GOD—The Bible tells us so!
“But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
even when we were dead in our transgressions,
made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
for by grace you have been saved through faith;
and not of your yourselves,
it is the gift of God;
not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

- Choose to Confess your sins & Receive the Salvation of God—Today!
