You Only Need to Believe & to Ask
“Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all mankind, because all sinned—
Romans 5: 12-15 NASB)
[ “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23 ]
“for until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not counted against anyone when there is no law.
Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the violation committed by Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
But the gracious gift is not like the offense.
For if by the offense of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many.”
All people are born sinners & All people born need God!
The Bible tells us exactly how sin entered the world—through Adam’s sin in the Garden of Eden. Adam was the first man; Adam was flesh and blood as Jesus too walked in the form of a man.
From one man came many, and ALL of the MANY NEED GOD!
- We simply must ask.
- Someday soon, all will face his eternity &
- If a person does not ask Jesus into his heart—
- The person will be most pitiful (at death) if he does not.
Nonbelievers need to know the truth about what they do not yet know. That is the only reason we (the believers) are left here on earth after we have been redeemed through Jesus. May we never lose touch with the people Jesus came to save. It is not for the healed that Jesus came as the Great Physician. It is not the healed but the sick Jesus came to save.
For those who already know Jesus Christ as Lord, have been healed. They now walk in newness of life, and they will never face the condemnation of death.
“The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned;
(Romans 5: 16 NASB)
for on the one hand the judgment arose from one offense, resulting in condemnation,
but on the other hand the gracious gift arose from many offenses, resulting in justification.”
Through Jesus’ death upon the cross and resurrection from the grave, mankind is offered a gift—the free gift of salvation!
If we are not justified, we are condemned to eternal separation from God!
Period.
There is no grey place, no grey space, no in-between. A person is either saved, or a person is not. This decision mankind makes has eternal consequences.
We only need to Believe in Jesus Christ & to Ask Him to save us from our sins, to become our Lord, & JESUS WILL SAVE US!
“As far as the east is from the west,
Psalm 103: 12-14
So far has He removed our
wrongdoings from us.
Just as a father has compassion
on his children,
So the LORD has compassion
on those who fear Him.
For He Himself knows our form;
He is mindful that we are
nothing but dust.”
- Just like that—once we repent of our sins and ask Jesus to save us, we become GOD’S CHILD.
- Just like that—our sins are forgotten from “as far as the east is from the west.”
- Just like that—our eternity is secured—forevermore within the presence of God.
- Just like that!
“For if by the offense of the one, death reigned through the one, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life
(Romans 5: 17 NASB)
through the One, Jesus Christ.”
- Who do we know who needs to hear the Gospel message?
- Jesus came to save the ones—who we know!
- Where can we go to find common ground with unbelievers?
- Where can we go to tell them about Christ & how He can set them free?
- When will we become serious about the commandment Jesus gave us “to go & to make disciples”?
- When will we make it our top priority to tell them?—You Only Need to Believe & to Ask in order to Receive Jesus in your heart!
- When will we—God’s children—Do what we are called to do?
