The Solution—A PERFECT SAVIOR!
There is no shortage of fear, of things to be afraid of in this world. We can fear job loss, death of someone we love, abduction, war on our land, loneliness, separation, and those we love not coming to know the Lord as their Savior. Yes, there is truly no shortage of fearful situations within this world.
Then there’s GOD!
“As for you, My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, you are mankind, and I am your God,” declares the Lord God.”
(Ezekiel 34: 31 NASB)
Jesus Himself told His disciples they would have troubles.
Jesus Himself told us that we could count on troubles.
WHY?
It is because we are His sheep.
“I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.”
(John 10: 11 NASB)
Now, truthfully, I know so little about sheep, but I know people who do. One sheepherder said the other day, “I can carry two lambs in each of my arms and walk toward the barn, but the sheep (the mother of the lambs) will not follow me because a sheep will never look up. So, I must hold her lambs down close to the ground, reminding her why she needs to follow. When she sees the small lambs, she will follow.”
Another sheepherder brought a little lamb to mom’s house on Sunday, and when I inquired why he brought the lamb, he said, “The mom had multiple babies, and she rejected this little lamb. No other sheep (mother) would adopt the lamb as her own, so I need to take care of this little lamb or it will die.”
“As for you, My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, . . .”
“I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life . . .”
Do we see the repetition?
Do we notice the way the LORD makes sure we see the distinction?
Can we totally understand what the Good Shepherd has Really Done for us?
I don’t think we do because if we did, we would follow Him more closely.
“you are mankind, and I am your God,” declares the Lord God.”

- The solution to our struggles—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our fears—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our loneliness—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our feeling of being overwhelmed—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our separation from others—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our crumbling marriage—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our concerns about future war—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our stress—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our prayers lifted for those who remain lost—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our daily frustrations—Is to seek to follow Jesus!
- The solution to our EVERYTHING—IS JESUS—A PERFECT SAVIOR!
Maybe today is a great day to pause and look back over our shoulders, seeing our lives—BEFORE WE MET JESUS!
Maybe today is the best day to pause and see—Just exactly what the LORD HAS SAVED US FROM FACING!
“Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand,
(Revelation 14: 9-14 NASB)
he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and
in the presence of the Lamb.
And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”
Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God
and their faith in Jesus.
And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’ “
“Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.”
Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was one like a son of man, with a golden crown on His head and a sharp sickle in His hand.”
- May we never forget what God has saved us from in our future.
- May we always remember just exactly what God has saved us from forevermore.
- May we press on & walk by faith in our Savior.
- May we take steps along the way of our lives & may we walk by faith in Jesus our Lord.
- May we, the sheep who struggle to look up from our daily struggles, keep our eyes upon The Solution—to Everything—A PERFECT SAVIOR!
- May we, encourage others who remain lost in their trespasses and sins—to see JESUS!
- May we never, ever allow ourselves to not recall how God’s presence dwells within us, keeping us SEALED FOREVER!

Thank You, HOLY SPIRIT!
Thank You JESUS, LAMB of GOD, PERFECT SAVIOR, REDEEMER, LORD, SON of GOD!
