For ALL Time!

Yesterday was a day of change for someone I love. She left a place she has called home for 365×3 years. Truly, that’s a great amount of time to “put down roots,” to call four walls and a floor—a home. While the leaving brings hope and excitement that comes with the change, still the leaving brings some sadness and even tears as we embrace those friends who we have made.
Today, the thoughts that permeate our minds as we study God’s Word focus upon Change & His Purpose & God’s Plan for our lives.
- We can know with assurance that the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY is in complete control—ALL the time!
- We can know with assurance how the Almighty causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose—ALL the time!
- We can know with assurance, with complete faith, that God is able to redeem us—for ALL time!
- We can know with assurance how the LORD promises come true—ALL the time!
Walk with me into the pages of God’s Word, given to us so that we may know with assurance, with confidence, how God’s Plan Endures & Prepares the Way!
“But when the fullness of the time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,
(Galatians 4: 4-7 NASB)
so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons and daughters.
Because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba! Father!”
Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God.”
God’s Plan For ALL Time!
“Now in those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus, [a Law from the highest ruler in the land] that a census be taken of all the inhabited earth.
(Luke 2: 1-7 & 11 NASB)
This was the first census taken while Quirinius was governor of Syria.
And all the people were on their way to register for the census, each to his own city.
Now Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David.
in order to register along with Mary, who was betrothed to him, and was pregnant.
While they were there, the time came for her to give birth.
And she gave birth to her firstborn son; and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. . . .
for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”
God’s Plan For ALL Time!
“Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will name Him Immanuel [God is with us].
(Isaiah 7: 14 & 9: 6-7 NASB)
For a Child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us;
And the government will rest upon His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace
On the throne of David and over his kingdom,
To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness
From then on and forevermore.
The zeal of the LORD of armies will accomplish this.”
God is Supreme Wisdom; He had the world ready for the coming of the Messiah.
God is Pure Hope!
Change will come to each of us & the world will scream so many reasons at us from all sides.
Even though some will call it fate; nevertheless, we Christians know with assurance how God is at work, making changes we cannot totally understand, preparing the world & preparing each of us for something beautiful & for SOMEONE—The Messiah: WONDERFUL, MIGHTY, & ETERNAL!
FOR THE CHILD WHO WAS BORN AT JUST THE PERFECT TIME!
FOR THE MESSIAH WHO CAME TO REDEEM ALL PEOPLE!
Therefore, may we study God’s Word and focus upon the Life-Changes & His Purpose & His Plan for our lives:
- As we walk with God, &
- As we remain within His Will, &
- As we follow His Purpose for our days, &
- As we remain within God’s Plan for our lives
Help us to always remember: the LORD’S promises—They Always Come True—ALL the time!
With full assurance, we can know!
